PLEASE NOTE:
It is parked in a secure/gated park in East County, near San Diego. Price is for trailer only, it would need to be moved. We are moving to Palm Desert, and we have been using it a couple of times a month while visiting the grandkids. We shall be setting appointments to show, when we come back into San Diego.

Everything has been done for you, all systems regularly tested. At campgrounds we visited, this compact trailer was the star of the show amongst half million dollar RV’s.
We started remodeling trailers as a hobby, creating luxury hotel rooms on wheels. Anyone who has ever done this, knows that 100’s of hours go into these beloved trailers. We have remodeled and sold four trailers, and the new owners are still just loving the lifestyle, (two permanent tiny homes).

Dinette is U-shaped. Huge slide out drawers and storage below seating. Cushions have been professionally re-upholstered with extra Dacron filling for comfort and covered in Sunbrella fabric, for maximum stain resistance and wear. If the table is stored, it can be used as a sectional, just add a footrest!
Upgraded decorator light fixture, with Edison bulbs.
Dinette is on a slide out, with topper. Recently serviced and lubricated.
Entertainment center with extra storage, flat screen TV, loads of DVD’s for the kiddos.
Skylight with cover.
BATHROOM:
Wonderful bathroom, nice sized shower, with glass sliding doors new fan & skylight.
Toilet with foot flush. Lots of wardrobe space. Great vanity with new faucet, storage baskets, modern mirror.
BEDROOM:
AAhh the bedroom, it is a cozy sanctuary! It can be completely closed off with sliding doors, but is private with the entertainment unit for separation.
10” memory foam mattress for the best nights sleep ever. Mattress pad, new pillows & shams. Down comforter and Izod comforter cover professionally laundered, so it is ready to rent out on Outdoorsy, or park on your driveway for an AirBnB.
Laundry shute, to stay neat and organized.
