This achievement represents not just a commitment to continuous learning in cybersecurity, but also a testament to balancing professional growth with personal milestones.Over these 1250 days, I have:🔍 Enhanced Technical Skills: Delved into various cybersecurity topics including network security, ethical hacking, and digital forensics. I’ve completed numerous challenges and rooms that have honed my skills in vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and incident response.🌐 Career Transitions: Successfully transitioned my career, moving into a cybersecurity role. This involved adapting to new technologies, learning advanced security tools, and obtaining relevant certifications.👨👩👦 Personal Growth: Moved countries once, traveled extensively across the east and west coasts of Australia, moved houses twice, and embraced the joys of fatherhood. I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: Security+ from CompTIA!I used Jason Dion's Udemy course and Practise Exams. Lot's of rooms on TryHackMe. Plus Ian Neil's CompTIA Security+: SY0-601 Certification Guide. I was also lucky enough to have direct training from Neil. I did also use some Professor Messer videos and course notes. I also used Mike Chapple's Security+ Practise Tests.#securityplus

Bearsurf was awarded a badge! tryhackme.com1,000 Days of learning! It's been tough to maintain a streak like this. I've had days where I nearly missed the deadline. Traveling, moving house, relocating to another country and lack of Wi-Fi in some remote places all caused issues. I've had several sickening moments where I thought I'd lost my progress. I went from being annoyed and frustratedto being relieved that maybe the pressure was now off. Each day I've learnt more and more about Cyber Security, and I recommend you check out TryHackMe and their fantastic practical learning platform.#tryhackme #cybersecurity #1000daysoflearning
